Dolphin Scholarship Foundation is holding its annual Cartoon Calendar Contest. We publish 12 humorous submarine cartoons in our annual calendar. All proceeds go to the Dolphin Scholarship Foundation for our Scholars (we have 137 Dolphin Scholars currently). Please e-mail admin@dolphinscholarship.org for more information.
